This 3-day or military diet, as the title itself, says, means a strict regime of eating and strict compliance with everything that is written, from the time of the meals to the ingredients themselves. Otherwise, you won’t reach any of the wanted results.
From all spices, you are allowed only salt and black pepper. The ingredients cannot be changed with others. You can drink as much water as you’d like.
Before you go on this diet, make sure that you consult your doctor.
Every day you have to eat at exactly the same time, no matter whether you are hungry at that time or not. After the diet, you have to be on a normal diet for at 4 days and then you can repeat it again if you’d like. It is recommended that you exercise together with his diet.
